1. Who we are

SKYT Systems ApS ("SKYT Systems", "we", "us") is a Danish company building custom data systems, dashboards, and AI automation for businesses. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What data we collect

Information you submit: when you book a call or fill out a form on this site, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and information about your business (such as business type, team size, and monthly revenue).

Usage data: we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, and how you arrived at our site (including ad campaign parameters).

3. How we use your data

To schedule and prepare for calls you book with us, to respond to enquiries, and to deliver our services.

To measure and improve our marketing. If you book a call after clicking one of our ads, we may send a conversion event to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) via the Conversions API. Personal identifiers included in such events (such as email or phone number) are hashed before transmission.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on: (a) your consent, e.g. when submitting a form; (b) our legitimate interest in operating and marketing our business; and (c) performance of a contract when you become a client.

5. Third-party services

We use trusted third-party processors to operate this site and our business, including: LeadConnector/HighLevel (CRM and booking), Meta Platforms (advertising and analytics), Google (analytics), and hosting providers within the EU where possible. Each processes data under their own privacy terms and our data processing agreements.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. CRM records for prospects who do not become clients are periodically reviewed and deleted.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email andreas@skytsystems.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

8. Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). You can control cookies through your browser settings.
